I had a hard time this week so I picked two. The first one is one of my favorite techno songs. It has such a great beat to run and spin to. Also major windows down, hair flying around and singing. Beat drops right after the 1:30 mark. Armin Van Buuren feat Lauren Evans “Alone”

Yes it was as good as it looks. I subbed greek yogurt for the sour cream….shhhhhh nobody noticed ;-) Full recipe here.
Favorite Workout
I unfortunately missed my favorite instructors Barre class the other day so I did this workout at home and it was a sweaty good one (if you can get past her ridiculously scary legs and outfit!) I ran through it twice (Jillian Michaels style….why does she always do that????)

Oh girl funny as always!! The waist trimmer exercise is by far the WORST…i seriously feel like my hip is going to pop every single time!! I love the gif of whitney houston…too funny! I vote YES on the barre video so I can start watching you instead of TIU girl workouts lol! Happy Friday doll!

hey girl that makeup instead of mascara=my life! i do the daily swipe of mascara and last week i wore makeup 2 days because i was practicing for derby and everyone in the office was like ‘whats going on with your face’ and i was like eff you.

Love that Tone It Up tank – especially in the gorgeous color you’re wearing. They make the best “pretty” workout tanks…ones I actually want to wear, and be seen in. (Ok, I’m not usually working out in them, but I’m grocery shopping like a boss in them!!)

Okay those funnies are amazing, first of all, especially that last one. The “sorry I’m late” is perfect haha. And that self-respect quote is great too. I was actually just having this conversation with a friend the other day, talking about how YOU show and teach people how to treat you, so it’s so important to make sure you know your true worth and embrace it.

Great post as always! That fajita bowl looks amazing and I’m definitely the girl who will only make one trip from the car to my house with groceries – it’s led to some unfortunate bag breaking incidents.
