Happy Friday! This week flew by and I’m so excited to be seeing Biana and Pamela tomorrow at the Gator Game!

My life has been a little hectic right now and trying to get in for a class when I’m not teaching has been a little hard to schedule so I’m really trying to get back into my running especially since the weather may hopefully be cooling down (maybe??) sometime soon! Putting together some running playlists. I was toying around with some Saturday running playlist blog posts if anyone was interested? This was my favorite spin song…..I pretty much ended as many classes as I could with. It is the best sprinting interval song when that beat drops at the 1:20 mark time to take off. Sebastian Ingrosso, Tommy Trash, John Martin “Reload”.
This girl is one of the popsugar trainers I can actually deal with……she’s not overly peppy. Those planks walk with hip drop, total insanity but great bang for your buck move. Try it! Only 10 minutes but a burner!
I love zoodles. I actually still have my CD case in my closet. It is heavy. She is rocking out, but I would be the guy with the fliop flops flying. Why did he think that would be a good idea?!
I cannot wait for Florida to get some cooler weather!! OMG those people on treadmills, seriously WTF?!

my friend just got home after a honeymoon in greece and she told me about these “selfie sticks” every one was using, whic is a stick you snap your iphone into and somehow integrates into the phone so you can take your own selfies from farther away to get more of the background/less in your face selfies. so crazy. ps…is florida backwards?

Cake testing is the best part of wedding planning, but the worst timing for eating a bunch of cake! lol. Hope you found one you liked. Those workout gifs are hilarious! I would definitely fall on my butt if I tried doing any of those. :) Have a fun weekend!

No! Not a selfie brush!! And I’ve been back/forth on a spiralizer – I think I’d love it once or twice then decide it’s too much work. I want to love it!
Oh my gosh those work out gifs. Amazing. LOL. Now I’m motivated to go to the gym this morning!! I use a stair master like that every week, so maybe I’ll try that girl’s technique? I loved doing all of the food tasting for our wedding especially the cake. Chris says that is the only thing that he had a say in during the planning haha. Is it weird that I excitedly come here every Friday to read your favorite workout? No, not weird at all. I love it. I’ve been going back and forth and back and forth wondering if I should purchase “leather” leggings slabs mostly if I could pull them off. Sounds like I just need to get them!

haha I am the same way about music. Especially since the EDM they play on the radio is generally pretty old! and I love reload, I remember hearing that live at Tomorrowland in 2012 and freaking out!
omg the selfie brush…a MUST have…haha. I still have that 20 lb book of CDs…I don’t trust technology enough to part with it. It’s in my garage though. I probably still haven’t downloaded all of it to my iTunes! And she is soooo listening to Beyonce…she makes me jam like that every time.

Those leggings are so hot! I just read the mandolin story and yikes! I knew there was a reason I rarely used mine! I want a spiralizer now! Such a great way to think you’re eating carbs without the weight gain!
