Happy Monday. I know I feel like a broken record when I say this but honestly the weekends really go by way too fast right? So I realized I snapped most of the weekend (@meetatthebarre) and was having way too much fun to bust out my big camera. Therefore, here are a few snaps of the weekend. Linking up with B.
Also, instead of working, I’ve been dreaming of cooler temps and Fall trends. I can’t wait to start incorporating some of these pieces into my wardrobe. Plus, they are all under 50 so they are absolutely budget friendly! How amazing is this purse? It looks just like the Chloe one for what the tax on that purse would be. I am obsessed with this polka dot shopping tote. I have this delicate bracelet and it adds a nice touch of sparkle without a lot of bulk. These dark skinnies are perfect for the Fall especially at this price point. I just ordered these ripped black jeans and cannot wait for them to arrive. Grab them before they sell out because they are guaranteed to quickly!
The rest of my weekend was spent watching Fixer Upper. Seriously y’all have you seen that show? It is so addicting but also depressing. I think we need to move to Waco, Tx. The price of houses there are insanely affordable! I also really want to hang out with Chip and Joanna. Chip and Joanna are the cutestest couple, love them, their faith and their outlook on life. Prices of homes are INSANE where I live and we don’t want to be in a town home so we’ve been looking at other places. Things are hopefully starting to line up which I’m super excited about, woohoo! Oh I love those leopard sneakers. I so need to go to Forever 21 and soon. I’m so excited for scarf season, I cannot wait to start breaking them out. I love HGTV, I could spend hours watching that channel.
I LOVE Fixer Upper and I have the same thoughts about moving to Waco Texas lol. I couldn’t even rent a garage here in Washington DC for the amount of money these people are spending on their homes. ugh. My little 1200 sqft condo cost more than the 5 bedroom homes they are buying on that show!

Do you know why the home prices in Waco are affordable?!?! Because that “city” is an absolute sh**hole! The show makes it look adorable. The reality is that it’s rundown and lacks any industry for living-wage work. I was so shocked when I spent the day there! Anyway, YES to cooler temps! It was about 65-70 degrees up in Minneapolis this weekend and all I wore was jeans and cardi’s and ohemgee am I ready for it here! Alas, I’ll have to wait until the end of Oct – early Nov. Boo.
