Happy Monday. You know when you have one of those weekends where you were actually in town and then it rained, so you were forced to get tons of work done? That pretty much sums up my past 48 hours. The good news (or bad news however you want to take it) is I had lots of time to review the Nordstrom/Sephora/Amazon/Product shipments that have been waiting patiently for me. I have some new loves that I can’t wait to divulge with you. Like some are run, don’t walk to ordering kind of products. Linking up with Biana today!
My two classes that I am teaching this Summer wrapped up, so I spent time switching between grading papers and writing posts. I know. I am super exciting. However, we did have some times of “airing out” if you will to grab some dinner and catch up with some friends. Kona Grill in Tampa is one of my favorite happy hours. The food is excellent. My favorite are the beef bulgoli tacos. The sushi isn’t the best in town but it’s pretty good especially for the affordable happy hour prices. Plus, the have such a great outdoor patio space.
Got in some workouts. Be on the lookout for this post on Wednesday. Obsessed with my new fitbit hr. Haven’t taken it off since I got it. Started the blogger challenge! Hit me up if you want in!

All in all, it was an incredibly productive weekend. For the crazy over scheduler that I am, it is nice to feel ahead of the game to start the week off with. What are your thoughts? My goodies are in the mail and I can’t WAIT!!! Thanks for the chats about everything :)! Bad weather productivity is the worst and the best feeling right? You can’t get distracted because it’s gross, but you get soooooo much done it feels amazing! I almost went to the Kona Grill in our area this weekend for sushi, but went to an old fave since I didn’t know much about the place. Your pictures have inspired me to give it a try next time! I went to Kona Grill this weekend, too! The one in Sarasota, though. I love their sushi! You should share more about the Fitbit! I’ve been wanting one but haven’t taken the plunge yet. Maybe there will be a good deal on Black Friday this year.

Love your white Cambridge Satchel bag! Perfect for summer. Great dress. You always look good. How do you get your hair to always look so good with the Florida heat and humidity? My hair is a disaster lately, like embarrassingly bad.
HOLD THE FRONT DOOR. Rachel Zoe has a style box?! Where have I been? Welp, it’s no good until winter, but better believe I’ll be signing up for the spring box (I assume she does it quarterly since the next one is shipping in Sept?) Unless there’s maternity in the options mix – she does have a maternity line I love at Pea in the Pod! I shall investigate! (Just thinking out loud/on my keyboard here…)

It is funny that you mention Kona because I am currently working on an appraisal in Alpharetta GA across the street from their new Kona!!! I finally grabbed a Zella bottom and top at Nordstrom Rack this weekend! I wanted to order from the anniversary sale but I wasn’t sure on sizing so I went and tried some on there and fell in love. I see a new obsession on the horizon. So bad! But so good. Productive weekends are just great! I am hoping to have one next weekend. Can’t wait to see your recipes!

It’s always great to get a relaxing weekend in there and the rain kind of forces you even though it’s annoying when it comes on the weekend instead of during the week. Love the look of this outfit! Simple but elegant and comfortable…always a plus.

Hmmm! Sushi. Now I’m having a craving. Haha! Weekends for me are either all or nothing. I’m either super productive or super relaxed. This weekend was super productive. Love the black maxi! I bought one but haven’t worn it yet. It’s much more low-cut that I normally go, so I’ve been waiting for a hot date night. I love the scarf you paired with it!
