Before everyone boos and hisses at me, I just want to get it out there. I am a Patriots fan. I grew up 20 minutes outside of Boston. I used to love the Patriots during the days of Drew Bledsoe. I still remember where I was when he took that hit from Mo Lewis in that Jets game. I know football. I’m not a girl who pretends to like football for boys. I honestly love football. I will record games and watch them over just to hear the commentary. I know. I’m weird. I can’t even blame it on being the youngest of 6 with three older brothers. I just love football.
When I received the opportunity to work with the NFL shop, I couldn’t have been more psyched. I remember when the only cute options I had to cheer on my Pats was wearing a little boys Bledsoe and Brady jersey. How the clothes have evolved especially for women. Here is my go to look for game day. It was so hard to narrow down my choices but I went with this raglan t-shirt from Junk Food which is a high end brand. See I told you it has come a long way. First of all, no hate, GO PATS!! I was never an NFL fan until I moved to the Boston area (actually close to Foxboro) and it’s basically life here. Love the top, I’m gonna haveta check it out to get me some cool new gear.
I never really know what to wear to a football game or sporting events in general. I feel like some girls have heels and short dresses on and I’m like how boyish do I look?! I love the girly-ness of this line and how it actually fits so I don’t look huge wearing my husband’s shirts or jerseys ha!
