The day has arrived.  The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2017 is finally here.  I apologize if I have been a little repetitive leading up but I know the Summer is pretty breezy with daily blog reading, so I wanted to make sure I got as many reminders out to all as I could. Now, I have been updating you for a few weeks now.  Are you a cardholder yet?  If you are, the sale is live for you now.  I hate to say it but a lot of the must have pieces tends to sell out quickly.  If you aren’t a card holder, here is my suggestion.  Start building your shopping list and adding to the cart now.  When the sale goes live to the public (which is July 22nd), DO NOT HESITATE.  You know I’m beyond thorough right?  I went through every single page.  Yes, I did.  Here are my top picks separated out into different categories. My top pick, quick before they sell out like they are in stores is this pair of Hunter boots and these blush booties from Rebecca Minkoff.

The Under $50 Crew

This black tote is perfect for work, it is such a great carry all bag.  I have these Baublebar earrings here and here in my cart, I guarantee they will sell out quickly for that price point.  This Madewell blanket scarf is guaranteed to sell out at this price point, love this one too.  I have this clutch and it’s such a great staple, love it in the black, will go with everything.  This ruffle top is adorable if I didn’t have an expected to be growing bump I would totally order it.  Also, this cold shoulder lace sweater  is such a great price point.  This is a live in staple for sure right here .  Great colors in this plaid top , perfect for the Fall. I ordered it for sure. Grab these moto leggings for $25 before they sell out.  The Hue leggings are also a great price point during the sale.  I absolutely adore this ruffle sweater for $40.  I have a feeling this pleated J.Crew skirt is going to sell out since it’s under $50.

Dresses/Rompers/Skirts

I just adore this skirt , the color is absolutely perfect for the Fall. A great transition OTS dress 5354429. How pretty is this ruffle tie front dress and it’s $35.  I’m ordering this black sheath dress for work.  I love a good jumpsuit especially in a power color like red here . The ruffle sleeves on this dress are adorable and such a great price point. I am absolutely ordering this dress.  The cutest plaid skirt here.  This midi skirt is going to be on every blogger’s wish list I know it.  The perfect work dress right here.  I ordered this lace dress from Wayf isn’t it so gorgeous?!?!?

Jeans/Workout

QUICK SELLOUT ALERT these AG skinnies are the first thing to sell out every year.  I’m not joking when I say my pair from three years ago still fits the exact same way.  They are a splurge but 100% worth it.  I may grab another pair and size up a little to help extend me through this pregnancy.  Do not hesitate, grab them before your size sells out.  I also love the burgundy color as well.  These 7 for All Mankind skinnies are less than $100, I don’t think I’ve ever seen them for half off like that. My other absolute favorite jean brand is DL1961, seriously feels like a second skin and they do not stretch out.  This is a great pair of staples that will last you forever.  I love the cuff line on these Joes skinnies.  I guarantee these Zella leggings are going to sell out, such a good price point.  Pair it with this workout top for $30.  Mesh leggings for $40, grab them they are so cute.  Or get them here in the long length version.  I absolutely adore these embroidered jeans .  Another great hemline on an affordable pair of skinnies , I own a similar pair and they are so soft.  I LIVE IN my Spanx faux leather leggings and they always sell out quickly jump on them!

Sweaters/Tops/Jackets

Get ready to live in this longline open front cashmere sweater, such a great price point for cashmere.  I bought a cashmere sweater from Equipment last year and it was my absolute favorite and great quality.  Just size up, it’s French so it runs small.  I’m definitely getting this striped cashmere sweater (5370789).  I adore the print and sleeves on this darling top .  This sweater is going to sell out quickly with its tiered bell sleeves.  I guarantee every blogger (including yours truly) is going to get this sweater, it’s so cute, right?  This is a great staple the leather moto jacket at a reasonable price point also love this Hinge one with the bell sleeves.  I am ordering this sweater it looks so comfy.  Check out the bell sleeves on this sweater, absolutely ordering it.  I bought this sweater last year and I still live in it, it’s incredibly soft.  This is an awesome price point for this Burberry jacket 5067184.  I really love this houndstooth blazer by J. Crew.  The cult classic Lush top for $30, grab them they usually sell out first.  I previewed this scallop sweater isn’t it gorgeous?!??!

Heels/Flats

How cute are these rose gold sneakers?!?!?  The perfect pair of pumps for work at a great price point, this brand is so comfy.  Also, love this pair in black.  Cole Haan makes the best ballet flats and this is a great neutral pair for work.  How darling are these cream oxford shoes ?  I definitely will be wearing these with tights and skirts.  I have these darling Sam Edelman flats in my cart aren’t they so pretty?!?!  Great price point on a pair of staple Tory Burch heels.  These are a perfect pair of staple mules and under $50. Love these Chuck Taylors for $35.  Absolutely buying these Dolce Vita Studded heels they make the most comfy heels.  Love the color of these Nike sneaks .  I guarantee these lace up ballet flats are going to be the talked about and sell out early style especially for the price point.

Boots and Booties

These studded ankle boots look just like the Chloe ones I got last year but for a fraction of the cost.  I love these black booties , they look like the Rag & Bone version but for around $75.  I also really like having a waterproof pair for battling the snow and elements (you know when I visit the North lol).  The sale would not be complete without the Tory Burch riding boots here (they always sell out so fast jump on them!).  These two-tone gray booties are so unique and would look so cute with skirts or skinny jeans.  A great pair of staple over the knee black boots. WARNING SELL OUT QUICKLY ALERT.  These Hunter boots in the tall and shorter version will sell out quickly. I still have my pair from years ago and the quality stands up.  The cinching in the back is such a nice feature this year.  Marc Fisher no lie makes the most comfortable shoes ever and these are currently sitting in my cart.  I am beyond obsessed with these , I had a similar pair in my cart last season and they never shipped because they sold out.  I am not missing out this year.

Makeup/Beauty/Sets

I love these BKR glass bottles, they make such great gifts break up this two pack.  Butter makes some of my favorite polishes here is a pretty staple set.  I have this Foreo toothbrush and love it.  Also, the Foreo scrubber is leaps and bounds over the Clarisonic in my opinion.  I swear by my makeup eraser, I no longer use face wash and my face has cleared as a result.  Get all the minis of this cult classic brand for $32 here.  I always get these Voluspa candle sets and break them up for gifts, the best bang for your buck.

Purses 

This is a great red cross body that would be so perfect for the Fall.  This a great neutral tote for work.  This is another great tote that is under $50.  I’ve been lusting over this two-tone Madewell tote and I’m pumped it’s included in the sale.  I’m thinking of getting a backpack to be a little more hands free now.  This embroidered Rebecca Minkoff purse is absolutely darling.  Tory Burch bags are hot sellers and this hobo bag is a really nice staple piece.  Tumi luggage never goes this discounted, such a pretty carry on bag!  This Vince Camuto bag is in my cart currently.

Accessories

I adore these tortoise shell sunglasses, sitting in my cart currently. These Burberry Aviators are such a great price point.  I am definitely buying this cashmere wrapand will live in it during the cooler temps.  I have these No Smirking sunglasses by Le Specs and they are so comfy.  This wrap watch from Tory Burch I am seriously debating.
