Happy Friday my loves! I hope everyone had a fabulous New Year’s Eve and hopefully a nice relaxing day off yesterday. I spent all day trying to organize and auction off all of our doubles to my girlfriends. We all clearly know that I am all set in the coffee department so my old drip coffee pot is out with the old. I really wish I got my act together and did a 2014 recap or a predictions type of post this week but with the move it was just madness so I apologize for my absence.
I am so excited to be all settled into my new digs. I honestly feel like I will be getting an hour back of my life everyday where I’m not packing up my stuff and figuring out whose house we are at tonight. I can’t wait for 2015! I have a feeling it is going to be an amazing year starting off with the wedding!!! I also am looking forward to having more time to really growing the blog. I have so many exciting ideas and opportunities that are right there on the horizon. Can’t wait to share all the big plans with y’all!

When I used to teach spin I pretty much had Ferry Corsten on every playlist. I just love the energy in his music. I heard this on the way home from work the other day it was like sunroof open and windows down kind of moment. Hope you dig it. Ferry Corsten ft Nat Dunn “Hyper Love”.
Favorite Recipe
Now that I have the ninja crockpot this can be made all in one but otherwise you need to do a few steps first on the stove then transfer to the slow cooker. No biggie but it is another pot for cleanup. I threw it over the quick microwavable frozen brown rice from Trader Joe’s super easy way to pull it all together. Favorite Workout
Give me all the booty workouts! Make sure the exercises when you are on all fours to really tuck your hips under so you protect your lower back.
Favorite Christmas Present……to myself
If you follow me on Instagram (<—you know you want to) you may have seen these already. I am so in love with these Lululemon sequin leggings. They have a somewhat shiny material and I wore them to a particularly hot barre class and I did not sweat through them at all. They are fabulous. Plus you can slip them into some boots with a sweater and totally rock them out at night.

Congrats on the move! Getting rid of all the doubles is the worst. I recently moved in with my bf and we somehow ended up with FOUR knife blocks! If you find a secret way to find a good home for all your extras, let me know! Aside from a major haul to the Goodwill, I’m not sure how else I’ll do it!

Oh girl, my gym is OUT OF CONTROL! It’s like you have to fight people for a parking spot. I just hope the people who are going to drop off do so soon, and leave more room for the rest of us who are serious about being in shape. Is that mean? Yeah, that’s mean, but it’s also mean of them to take my spot in class!
