Happy Monday.  I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend.  It was pretty rainy and soggy this past weekend with a few sunny patches that did peak through.  I have been using Snapchat so much recently that I haven’t been taking as many pictures on my iPhone.  It is so much fun these quick real snaps of life. Follow me @meetatthebarre, I promise there will be lots of great music and food videos.  Let’s get right into the weekend updates.  Linking up with Biana.

Monday Quotes

I’m sure you all know by now I am not a huge drinker but we did participate in a Golf themed pub crawl on Friday night.  When I say crawl, I mean it was pouring rain out so we maybe switched to one place during the whole time.  It was so fun to catch up with friends and also to see how grown men take themed parties still very seriously even into their 30’s.  No pics, only snaps.  Follow me @meetatthebarre.

Saturday I was up bright and early to meet a few local and visiting bloggers.  It was pouring out but it was an excuse to pull out the Hunter boots.  We met at Oxford Exchange over in Tampa.  Seriously such a beautiful spot for coffee, food, and eclectic finds.  However, I am very disappointed they have no wifi for their patrons.  I am going to pay $6 for a coffee, that at least allots me 30 minutes of public wifi am I right?  I did snag some beautiful pictures at least.

Sunday we headed over to one of our favorite breakfast spots Roux.  Here is the newest menu they just unveiled.

We are going to New Orleans in October and every time we visit it gets me so excited out our upcoming NOLA trip.

The rest of the weekend was spent catching up on work and staying out of the rain.  I hope everyone had a great weekend!

Nothing like ending the weekend with a regram from the Zoe Report.  Day made!  Did you check out my previous review of the Zoe Report Box of Style?  Check it here.

It was such a rainy weekend but I guess one every once in awhile isn’t such a bad thing, right? That coffee shop looks amazing! I am obsessed with the black and white floors! And the food at Roux looks delicious! Happy Monday!

Glad you made the rainy weekend a fun one! The blogger meet up sounds like fun and that menu is amazing! NOLA is one of the best cities out there, have you eaten at Armaunds? SO DELICIOUS and so NOLA! Have a fabulous Monday, gorgeous!

Your snaps from this weekend had me drooling–all of the food looked so yum!
That restaurant looks super cool! Love the decor. And I love a good blogger meet up! :)

It was so much fun getting to meet you this weekend! It’s pretty cool to meet someone in real life after following their blog and working together for several months. It doesn’t feel like meeting a stranger! Great suggestion for the Oxford Exchange, too! It was a very photogenic place, which is perfect for a blogger meet up. Definitely disappointed about the wifi, too! I guess it will just have to be a meet up place for me and not a place to go work.

You did grab some great pics! That is unfortunate they didn’t offer wi-fi. It’s crazy how much we expect/rely on that now.

Was it cool enough to wear pants and long sleeves?! OMG, I don’t remember what anything below 95 feels like… Anyway, so great you got to meet up with bloggers but seriously, what coffee shop doesn’t have wifi?! Those two go hand in hand! Ahhhh, NOLA. I would move there so, so fast if we ever got the chance. I could live off Creole/Cajun food for the rest of my life and be fat and happy :)

I loved getting a peek inside your weekend with snapchat! That food looks seriously amazing and that menu screams NOLA, you’re going to have so much fun and eat soooo much good food!! How cool about getting regrammed, but not cool about the no public wifi thing, I hate when places don’t do that especially if you are a paying customer!

Girl you know how excited I am over the Zoe shoutout!! And the Oxford Exchange looks like my kind of heaven! I would totally splurge on that coffee for that view. And maybe single guys? Maybe? I’m so selfish haha.

Also give me those grilled oysters please!

Oxford Exchange looks like such a fun spot to enjoy. Low key catch up weekends are some of my favorite sometimes! Hopefully things are a bit dryer down there today..

I haven’t made it down to the Oxford Exchange but it’s on my to-do list! I am surprised that they don’t offer WiFi. That’s pretty lousy.

What a cute meetup spot! ANY excuse to wear the Hunters and I’m in, so agreed! Hopefully you don’t need them here in a few weeks (and at the least just pack umbrellas for our often mid-afternoon 20 minute downpours). Great weekend, girl!

Fun weekend – it rained a lot down here too. I think most of Southern FL was rainy. That Oxford place looks so pretty and brunch sounds delish!

I just love your weekend! Can’t wait to hear about your NOLA trip, I’ve always wanted to go just for a weekend even so I would love some recommendations. I’ve really been thinking of getting the zoe box and reading you got it makes me want it even more.

Congrats on the regram, such a beautiful pic that had to be shared! And that coffee shop looks amazing, such a neat spot for a bloggy meet up. But boooo to no free wifi, that’s ridiculous! And of course I just added you on snap, it’s my new favorite social media (time waster).

Cheers to a fabulous week <3
