Happy Friday! My sister and her kiddos are in town so I am getting in some much needed family time. I’ve been snapping away if you follow me on snapchat @meetatthebarre. I hope everyone had a great week and looking forward to the holiday. Mark and I have a dinner planned in for tonight that he is cooking and I cannot wait to relax with some steaks and a good bottle of wine. Let’s get right into these favorites!

I got stuck in the worst traffic trying to head to barre on Wednesday night so when I got home I did these two workouts back to back and felt like I got a really good sweaty heart pumping workout! I really like the instructor in the first one, calming voice and great correctional cues throughout.

Steak and wine sounds kinda good! I will be having HH with a gf today, lunch with my gma tomorrow and that covers it for my Valentine’s plans. The Vietnamese dish looks amazing and I have been sorta eating many of the same things lately, so a little change is in order.

I had not heard that Elle King song I really like it. I was obsessed with Exes and Ohs a few months ago. How hard are those workouts? Are these easy to do at home? Bahahaha that guy kicking the door?! Yet he just stands and stares post door kicking failure and waits for someone to open it. Yes yes, so guilty of doing this, but at least I open my own door.
