Happy Monday my loves! I hope everyone had a great weekend. We actually made it to Siesta Key Beach on Sunday morning and let me tell you something. It was a couple hours of disconnected bliss. We both left our phones in the car, no work, no screens and just time together. I really feel like I should have a two hour no screen rule in our house. What a concept just talking and connecting right? I’ve been playing catch up ever since we got back from New York. I get the most work accomplished on the weekends, so whenever I travel…..it is a nice break but then I feel like I’m paying for it when we get back. I finally caught up on all my grading and organized everything for this space. What a great feeling. I wanted to give you guys a few restock alerts and the countdown is on for the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale!
I have been stalking this lace romper by J.O.A. When it came back into stock last month, I did not hesitate and I’m glad I didn’t. Well it has been sold out everywhere and it has finally resurfaced on two sites. Bloomingdales has it stocked in XS and Small. It fits pretty true to size, I’m wearing a small in it. It has boning in the bodice, so I don’t wear a bra with it and it feels very stable. The only thing I will tell you, sometimes I do need help with zipping and clasping the back since it comes so low. It is a little bit of a circus act of contortionist when trying to zip back up in the bathroom…..you know I am real with all of y’all. It is so worth it. Every single time I wear it, I get stopped by people on the street asking where to get it. Shopbop also has it back in stock in medium and large here.
These Marc Fisher Adalyn wedges (aka the best Chloe Isa wedges dupes ever) sell out as quickly as they come back in stock. Zappos has them in stock in sizes and Nordstrom has some limited sizes. The actual Marc Fisher website also has them stocked here. The printed toe version is on major sale here. They run true to size, I’m wearing a 9 in them. Oh girl, we have a no screen time rule in our house! Just 30 mins a day, right after the kids go down. It’s been awesome to just sit and catch up at night! Totally recommend it. I love that romper but just can’t get into the bathroom situation with them… That pink dress, however, is gorg and I’m so pumped to get a new pair of jeans at the NSale!
Thursday is like a holiday around here. I cannot wait!
And no screen time is such a great idea! We don’t do that as often as I’d like to but I’m working on changing it.
