Hello my dolls! Welcome back from the weekend. Last week was jam packed and it was so nice to relax this weekend. So last week I had the privilege of shooting with my favorite designer Amanda Uprichard. As you may know, I feature a lot of pieces from her. Her designs are so feminine and flattering. The price point are staple piece prices but I will tell you the quality is worth every penny. The silk pieces are thick and do not wrinkle even in the Florida sweaty heat. I love that all of her work is made in the USA, New York specifically. I’m always stalking Revolve and Shopbop to see the latest pieces. You can also shop exclusive pieces on her site itself. Can we even talk about the back of this gorgeous jumpsuit?!?!

So I’ve been dying to tell you guys all some big news! Mark and I finally bought our first home together! It all came together very quickly but I could not be happier. It’s everything I’ve been looking for and more. It has a big lot, a garage (such a novelty in South Tampa!) the school district we want and plenty of room to grow into. That is why things have been a little quiet around here lately. Moving has been quite the process. I honestly feel like if you can survive moving with your significant other and still be talking to them at the end of the day…..you can survive anything.

I can’t wait to show you some of my favorite parts within the house but for now, we are still in the midst of unboxing. As some of you may remember I moved into Marks condo after we got married…….framed jerseys above the couch and all. I am so excited to build a home together. Get ready for the paint swatches and interior decorating. I need some of your favorite gray paint names please! For now, I will need to work on ways to fill up this room. I already bought my first piece of “furniture” and it’s this bench from Wayfair. I love the stud work on it and it’s very sturdy.

Oh congratulation on the house purchase! I can’t wait to see how your home comes along. The hubby just recently repainted our downstairs in light shades of grays using the Lowes brand of paint but I can’t remember any of the names! If I find the paint chips, I’ll let you know.

Also, my favorite gray paint is Gentle Rain by Behr. We’ve used it in four rooms in our house including Ella’s room! It’s the perfect light gray color!
That is so exciting! When we bought our house I was so ecstatic. We started painting and after two rooms I was all “no more painting ” lol. Needless to say 3 years later and things arent done, ha! But congratulations girl! Such a fun step!!
