Weekend Roundup-Partying It Up Engagement Style
March 17, 2014Happy Monday! I hope you all had a great weekend! We had a fabulous time being spoiled and seeing family friends and my Godparents. My Aunt certainly knows how to throw a party!! Here are a few highlights.
Entryway…how amazing is that copper champagne bucket?
Attention to detail….diamonds on each champagne crystal.
The bride and groom glasses.
The menu and punch. Message me for the recipe….you want to get a party going? Just serve this. It was beyond delicious.
The dessert buffet before the sweets were laid out. I apologize clearly I was distracted and forgot to take a picture while I was stuffing my face with carrot cake and creme brûlée cheesecake.
I just loved these plates!
Beef tenderloin sliders baked in a salt crust. They were incredible. I definitely have to try my hand in that one. Has anyone cooked a roast like that before? This is where the iPhone started taking over I apologize for the picture quality.

It was such a great night with all the families and being surrounded by family friends. We can’t wait to continue celebrating! I have a feeling this year is going to fly by! Thank you everyone for your help. The white dress was definitely the winner!
I want to thank my Aunt Dona, our parents, and my Godparents for throwing us a fabulous kickoff to this special engagement time! As well as my parents friends from coming and helping us celebrate. Don’t you worry friends back home we will be throwing one with y’all once Spring training is over ;-) How was your weekend? Any fun plans? Is there any glimmer of Spring up North?
