Friday Favorites – December Is Such a Magical Month
December 5, 2014I know it sounds totally cheesy but I really love December. Besides October which is my favorite child…..December is a close runner up. I mean how can you not be in such a great mood when it comes to sparkly holiday lights, getting to wear all your scarves and boots and everything is peppermint flavored. I also love this month because it is such a great excuse to buy myself lots of Christmas presents when I am shopping for others. Let’s just be honest. Let’s get right into these Friday Favorites shall we?

My uncle told me the funniest idea… Take one of the lotion samples, pretend to eat it, then smile at the kiosk man, saying, “Thanks, that was delicious.”
I love that people leave you alone at the mall here in Iceland. I think I am going to have an anxiety attack shopping back home with someone constantly asking me if I need something or to try a sample!
That steak looks delicious!!! I love that necklace, I could see why it would be on repeat!
I had to laugh at the kiosk ecard because it is so true!!!! Just give me my free panty and leave my alone! If I wanted that cheap crap you are selling, I would stop. I hate when they chase me around with the straighteners and tell me my hair could look so much better with their product. Because insulting me always works.
I don’t know where you get those ecards and gifs from but they crack me up haha. Also to answer your response comment from yesterday, yes 4 hours each day 2 on the way to work 2 on the way back. NJ/NY traffic is the absolute worst.

Thanks for starting my Friday off with a smile. Those kiosk people are so obnoxious! I fell into their trap one day when one asked me what time it was. Do’h! I will actually take the elevator down and around to avoid these people. Have a great weekend!

Haha! Your gifs are soo funny!! The mall thing is the truth! Years ago I was alone shopping and these two guys snagged me at one of the mall stands and it was brutal. I could not get away and he also kept trying to get my number! lol (Very professional) Oh and I would have been so tempted to keep the earrings I ordered my sister, but luckily I ordered another pair for myself! xo

Those kiosks are the worst! Does anyone seriously say yes to having one single piece of their hair curled while their shopping? I think not.
Those first two ecards, too much truth! It’s such a challenge because I hate to be rude but you can’t even acknowledge their existence when they’re chasing you down. So many awkwards.
