Weekending – Getting Wiggy With It

Oh Monday raise your hand if you could take one more weekend days.  I am so not ready to tackle another week.  This was a jam packed weekend for sure!  Linking up with Biana and Meghan.
Friday after work I was a possessed woman and had a total itch to go for a run.  I mean with these views honestly.
I haven’t run in forever but did just about 4 miles with under 10 minute miles.  Not crazy fast but I was impressed with the fact I didn’t stop the whole time.  Barre really gives you strong legs.
Mark is getting really good at cooking these steaks especially with the new cast iron pan I got him.  Sear them on high for 1 minute each side and then right into a 400 degree oven for 5 minutes.  They were perfect.
Saturday I was up bright and early to get a barre class in.
We went to go look at a house that was absolutely terrible but at least it was an excuse to hang with my brother and check out this amazing 4 Rivers smokehouse.
Of course we left with a little goodie from the bakery.  See it’s all about choices.  I got my brisket over salad so I could have dessert.  Makes total sense right?
Followed by a wig party with my bridesmaids.  At least I know how I look as a mermaid.  It was such a blast being out in my old stomping ground all incognito.
I also totally know what I should do with my hair after the Wedding.  Totally used this self tanner.  In love.  Natural color, no streaks and the smell when the color developed was pretty minimal.  What do you think of this fantastic 70’s afro puff??
It was a fun one for sure.
Sunday was spent catching up on life and doing seating arrangements.  It was way harder then I would have thought let me tell you.  Did y’all have a great weekend?  Hope you have a fabulous day! 11 more days!  xoxoxoxo

When I went to Vegas a few years ago there was a bachelorette party party staying in our hotel and everyday they wore a different wig in bright neon colors, it looked like such a blast!

I LOOOOOVE 4Rivers! The wedding I went to on Saturday was catered by them and it was amazing. Love the long red mermaid hair, how fun! Going out incognito is such a blast! I always feel so different when I rock the bangs so I can’t even imagine a totally different hair color! Happy Monday love!

Stop- y’all are so cute!! I went on a wedding cruise with friends and the bride is known to wear wigs to switch up her look. So one of the wigs came on the trip and one day/night of the cruise we all had to wear it, talk about some silly pictures! I’m so, so excited for you that the big day is so close!
