Happy Friday! This week definitely flew by and I am so looking forward to this weekend! I wanted to thank everyone for bearing with me of all the growing pains of my switchover to wordpress. I got my feedburner figured out so Bloglovin is finally pulling from the correct place (are you following me? If not check it here)! I have kept a running list of things that need to be done during the switchover and you know I will be sharing it all with you……hint you know how you say “there is an app for that!” Well that is how it is for wordpress. Anything that is ailing you, some genius has a plugin for it. Just make sure it is compatible with your framework and boom. Done. I was so overjoyed when I saw my post show up in Bloglovin feed. Small victories! Let’s get right into these favorites!

Let’s just pretend someone else sings this song. I just love the how the beat changes throughout. It is seriously the best HITT training/running song. Nice roundup of exercises for hard to reach areas. The second one sit up a little bit taller and press your fingers firmly into the ground, the will put more of the work into that outer seat area.

Hey! I am doing that core workout today. I need motivation and direction when I am working out on my own. I’ve been doing exercises from one of the videos you posted a couple of weeks ago. After three babies, my abdominal area is my trouble spot! I’ve been hooked on a Thai chicken salad at Panera lately so i’m going to have to try this recipe and see how it compares!
You will love Greece. The islands are my most favorite place i’ve ever been. So beautiful! I went with a friend after college.

I am the same way with G and his hair… He acts like he’s not changing anything, then I comment he’s going to hate looking like a wanna be 20 year old, he stubbornly keeps doing it, then one week later admits I’m right in the most half assed way.
