Are you shopped out or were you waiting for the Cyber Monday 2015 deals? Raise your hand if you are not ready for the work week to start. The only thing that is getting me through it, is knowing all the fun boxes that will be waiting for me at home. Also, we are going to start decorating for Christmas. It will be our first holiday living together as a married couple. I will also tell you what. I need to seriously be hitting up some barre classes this week, I was in stretch pants all last week and work pants today. Yeah. It’s water, protein bars and salad this week for sure. I hope everyone had a nice time off with their friends and family. I spent the time down with my in-laws in South Florida. I did not step one foot in a store or battle with parking lots. It was glorious.
Public service announcement before we dive into todays recap. If one decides to drive home early instead of watching their significant others softball tournament (which is 4 hours away)…..make sure you leave with your set of keys that actually has the house keys on it. Yeah. That happened. So I am currently posted up at the Panera by my house grading papers, writing blog posts and scouring all the Cyber Monday sales. I have realized two things. Panera yells out “Hot Bread” on the hour every hour kind of like Moe’s when you walk in “Welcome to Moes!!!“. Also, don’t post up next to the bakery side of the place. You will be wanting a scone the entire time after hearing everyone adding some kind of chocolate gem to their order. Okay, let’s get into this recap! Linking up with B.
We headed off for the holiday early. I will spare you of the pictures of me in barre pants, balancing plates of food and drinks in hand. That was pretty much the extent of my snapchat the whole time down there. After we stuffed ourselves, Friday morning we decided to get some walking in. We headed down to the Arts district in Miami, the Wynwood area. Y’all know I have been all about wall art murals for my fashion shots and this was my heaven.
This rose gold cuff is currently 30% off for Cyber Monday with the code CYBERMONDAY2015! Absolutely in love with this delicate rose gold ring as well. Check it here.
Wynwood is where Art Basel will be next weekend. I had a few invites to go but we are heading to the SEC Championship instead. I really wish I could be in two places at once!
We also headed over to Kush which is a farm to table burger spot. Definitely a hole in the wall but great local spot.
Everything in this shot is on sale for Cyber Monday right now (minus the purse).

That place Kush reminded me of Jerry McGuire where the guys name he signs and then leaves is Kush and he’s like Kush Lash, Kush Lash!! So weird I know!! So glad you had a great time with family – stretch pants are totally OK when you eat great food!! Those murals are really beautiful! xo, Biana –BlovedBoston

SO many good sales!! Nordstrom is killing it!
Courtney B says
So many (too many) good sales!! I already took advantage of some of them, but I may not be able to resist more of these! That’s what happens when I’ve been home all weekend sick, with two sick kids (even James… Nooooo!!) WHILE potty training the toddler! Retail therapy (online) ha ha!
What a great weekend! Those walls are amazing!
Paige @ An Uncomplicated Life Blog says
I’m slowly accepting/coming around to leopard! I think if you keep it minimal and to one accessory item, it’s super cute – like what you did above! My experience with it was with a sorority sister who wore shoes with the belt with the cuff and perhaps a detail in her down vest too… TOO MUCH. Also, laughing with you (not at you) at the key situation. Once you get that house you can do what we do, and always have a spare key hidden somewhere on the property – or just know your neighbors who bail you out of situations, lol! I just need my car to roll up in the driveway and everything magically opens for me. It’s pretty amazing – get an attached garage and your life will change for the better my friend!
kerri @ cheshire kat says
lots of great deals! i can’t even begin to decide what to get for myself but i know i’ll end up at good old standby j.crew – you cant’ beat some of the deals! ok all of them :)

Those mural walls are so beautiful! I want to find some cool ones like that in Tampa to take pictures with, Kansas City was full of them and I guess I keep missing them in Tampa. Also so funny about forgetting your keys! I have definitely done that and posted up at Starbucks all afternoon. Way to much coffee and online shopping haha. I’m glad you had a great thanksgiving break though!
Beverley @ sweaty&fit says
Ughhhh i regret (but also No Ragrets) clicking this post because i am all. spent. out.
But now i’m gonna go shop some sweaters at Banana Republic… damnit!

Sara says
And now I’m craving hot bread… and maybe a scone. THANKS A LOT. seriously though – that sucks that you got home without home keys…. totally something that would happen to me. I’m thinking about trying to hit up a couple of stores today… my mom is on me to choose what I want for my birthday… but without a plan, how do I know what I need to wear?? ;) (She hates this argument. And shopping for me.)
Tiffany | A Touch of Grace says

Love your outfit and those murals are amazing!!! So sorry about your keys though!! Grr to that. I think that it’s safe to say that we have all been there though. I once dropped my keys in the elevator of my parent’s building. Yeah. Anyway… glad that you guys had a nice Thanksgiving weekend. Cheers to all of the sales too!! :-)
EMily says
That burger?! Drooling. Literally, maybe I need to eat dinner… but I don’t want to eat anything that’s not that burger now, ha!
I also lived in workout clothes/sweat pants this weekend. Pretty sure the only moving I did was to get up to eat more food. Oops.
Ashley @ The Wandering Weekenders says
Oh my goodness that street art is beautiful! I just love how vibrant all of the colors are! I have to admit I was really good on cyber Monday and only bought Christmas gifts, but some of those deals were really tempting to use for myself. But I think that I’d say it was a successful cyber Monday because I only have one more person left to shop for!
