Things I’m Digging Lately

Is it just me or has life been really crazy lately?  With the warmer gorgeous weather creeping back in, the weekends which were once reserved for hunkering down and getting ahead…..have been allotted to being outside and not even opening my macbook or planner.  I am all about getting out and enjoying life but it doesn’t help alleviate the stress of a jam-packed week.  I haven’t done a Digging Lately roundup post so thought now was a great time to talk about some of my favs on the radar.

What I'm Digging Lately

Ditch Your Clarisonic

Foreo Luna 2
I have been faithfully using my FOREO LUNA 2 and I want to sing its praises.  My Clarisonic was starting to totally creep me out.  I just felt like my brush was never really clean and it was irritating my skin.  My cheeks always looked a little red and dry.  Well I switched over to the Foreo Luna and couldn’t be happier.  It is so gentle on your face and it feels incredibly smooth after using it.  The tip of it has more concentrated “scrubbers” and I use that area around my nose and T-zone.  The blackheads on my nose are almost completely gone.  When you are done washing your face, pause it and then apply your products.  Then use the backside for the anti-aging pulses.  I gentle press it to my face and then “pulse” the products deeper into my skin.  The tiny fine lines around my eyes are almost gone and the smile creases on my forehead are getting so much better.  If you have been debating it, I can tell you to take the plunge.  Free Shipping on all orders over $50 at FOREO.com. No Code needed.  Also, one hour charge makes this houdini last for 7 months. Those precious bathroom outlets can be freed up!

Favorite Beauty Routine

I talked about this in my 10 Things to Stop Doing Now Post.  I’ve seen Beauty Counter floating around the blogland and my sister got me hooked.  My face has been all kinds of crazy with breakouts and a week of using the products it has cleared up.  Check out the brand, pretty eye opening right? It is on the pricier side but the products last forever.  The lustre oil is the best.  Oil on my face no way I thought but it actually improved my break outs.  I want to sing from the rooftops after finding it.  I use the cream cleanser, the charcoal bar on the breakout spots, the am and pm cream mixed with the lustre oil.  I also got the rose water spray, it was a splurge but spray on after washing and wait 20 seconds before applying your creams.  All the redness and irritation on my cheeks is gone and my flaky dry Winter skin on my nose is finally gone.  Oh, and my makeup goes on flawless now.  I actually look forward to washing my face now because of this line, it’s crazy but true.

Newest Spring Mani Color

Essie Fiji
The most perfect Spring mani color.  It goes on opaque and it’s the prettiest pink blush color.  I’ve had it on in all of my latest snaps that y’all have been hitting me up about.  Grab it here, Essie “Fiji“.

These Gorgeous Rose Gold Ear Buds

Sudio Sweden earbudsSudio Sweden

I mean they are rose gold and you can control your phone with the inline remote.  I love the audio quality of the music with them. Perfect stylish accessory for traveling.  I also use it for my hands free device while in the car.  Aren’t these Sudio Sweden earphones gorgeous?  Plus, they come with a leather carrying case, hello no tangling of the cords.  Sudo Sweden is hooking up Meet at the Barre readers with a 15% off discount with the code AMANDA_ELIZABETH15.  They are the perfect treat yo self accessory.  You automatically feel fab with them.

My New Favorite Cross Body

I previewed this Hammitt purse yesterday and seriously the Lucas cross body is my favorite go to right now.  I love the size of it.  The leather is incredibly soft.  Inside has slots for your license, cards, etc. I love the zip compartment on the inside, that is where I keep my phone.  I am also totally digging this one as well for work.  New brand alert that is totally on my radar and I guarantee will be on yours now!

What Spring Pieces I’ve Had my Eye On

I need these sandals for the Spring.  I mean, can’t you just see them brightening up every look!  I’m pretty much in love with every single piece made by Loeffler Randall.  How fab is this tulle skirt?  I ordered this dress from the SHOPBOP sale and it’s perfection.  Great price point.  It is that perfect travel fabric that doesn’t wrinkle.  You can dress it up or wear it casual.  I highly recommend scooping it up while sizes are still available.  This is the most perfect Spring cross body purse.  Have you gotten this beach coverup yet?  Great price point (under $35) and it’s getting fab reviews.  These natural cork sandals will be on major repeat, I love the heel on them.

These are some of my favorite things I’m digging lately.  Have you checked out Beauty Counter yet?  I am very impressed and want to try the makeup next!

I am so addicted to Essies Fiji! It is one of my favorite pinks :) I love rose water too, but have never used this brand! I agree, life has been busy…I feel like this time of year there are so many things to do and no enough time to do them!

Cork sandals, swoon! BP is selling them now at Nordstrom if you are looking for an alternative at a less expensive price, Essie Fiji is one of my go-to’s in the summer, love that color!

I am intrigued by all the skin care products and that fancy tool you described! I’m with you on the Clarisonic – I feel like it can be irritating . . . an spa owner friend told me to only use it every 2-3 days because of that. I love all things rose gold – those ear buds are cool!

Definitely need to try that Luna 2… I’ve been wanting a Clarisonic but I may need to invest in this instead! And that nail color is to die!

That cross body is perfect for Spring (and Summer….and heck probably even Fall!) I still want to try the Foreo, but I dont want to drop $200 to do it. So much $$$$!! Loving Essie’s pretty spring colors. I like Limo-Scene…might need to put that one on the next time I do my nails.

I love those sandals so much! I have my eye on that Foreo but got a little thing from Sephora for like 6 bucks to tide me over that has the scrubbers like that. I’ve noticed a little difference but not as much as you have!

I will have to look into getting a Foreo. I stopped using my clairasonic because it never seemed clean enough, and I clean it often! I just ordered the red off the shoulder dress. I can’t wait for it to get here!

Where do I even start? I want everything in this post! I’ve been hearing so much about Beauty Counter lately – my skin has been a complete mess, so maybe I too will have to take a look at this stuff. I always have been hesitant about oil on my face, but you’re one more person that has said that it helps improve breakouts. That crossbody bag is so great, too!

Every bit of me wants to toss my old cleansing brush and see what this new guy is about. lol. Thanks for giving a review on one! I think I’ve seen them on quite a few blogs here and there, but never really wanted to take the plunge. I’ve been hating how much the exfoliate scrubbies clog up my brush head. I feel like this design would stop that from happening.
