I am completely ready for Fall fashion but it’s still 90 degrees out in Florida. I will say the other night after barre, I was getting gas and this breeze came across the lot. It had a slightly cooler feel to it and that hint of crisp Fall air. It made me instantly reminisce about boots, blanket scarves, warm drinks on a cold day, and football. If you didn’t know already but I am all about football. I usually have multiple fantasy teams, I just don’t have the time for them this year! I am the VP of Marks teams for right now.
Now onto the outfit details. I picked up this off the shoulder top from Shopbop and it is perfection. It has that silky non wrinkle material, is insanely flattering, and can be dressed up or down. I ordered it in the taupe color but it also comes in black. I know it does have a higher price point but the quality stands up to it. I paired it with my favorite Rag & Bone boyfriend shorts on major sale here and these Lucky Brand booties from Monday’s post. I know I said I’d never wear a choker but I do like this updated version that can be worn so many different ways. Finally, these sunglasses are totally affordable and lightweight. I love the shape of them. New sunglass line crush right here.

Love these ideas! I’m kind of craving fall too, but let’s be real, we’d swear to death if we tried to rock jeans and sweaters anytime soon! I’m going to have to try your idea of booties and shorts!
This top is perfect for fall transition. It is going to be hot here for a while as well, so we have to get creative. I am the VP of my hubbies team too. It just took up way too much time for me to continue to do.

The same thing happened to me the other day! It’s been in the 90s for most of August, but the other night I felt that cool almost fall-like breeze and was SO excited!! I love these booties — the wedge, open toe and color are all just perfect!

Honestly I always wondered how people did fall in warmer states like Florida, and you killed it here. The combo of that top and those booties are awesome. Love the setting as well!

That choker is really cool! We live in the tropics–if I ever head back to the USA, I don’t think I’ll know what to do about the changing of the seasons anymore, I’m so used to year-round summer!
