Welcome back to the start of another glorious work week. I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. It has seriously been so nice out down here in Florida, the cooler temps have finally moved in. I have been trying to get outside every chance I get. So today I wanted to talk about a few things but the number one thing on my agenda is about staying accountable with working out over the holiday season. September and October really flew by with all my travel and I let my fitness go on the back burner. I have made a pledge to myself that over the holidays I am going to make the time to fit in as many workouts as I can. It all goes downhill starting from Halloween right? I feel like everywhere I turn there is candy and treats at work. Then the holidays start and it’s peppermint mocha drinks from Starbucks, then Thanksgiving, and all the treats throughout the month of December. No wonder why the gyms and classes are full come the start of January with everyone Resolutions. So let’s together keep each other accountable okay? This week I will be taking a few barre classes, two runs and then a few quick at home workouts. Who is with me? To help with tracking these workouts, I wanted to introduce you to seriously the most stylish workout tracker on the market Amazfit. Also, if you like it make sure to scoop it up 40% off right now with the code MYAMAZFIT.
So I used to have another tracker and I’m kind of embarrassed to say but it’s sitting inside of the top shelf of my nightstand. I had to charge it all the time and it stuck out like a sore thumb in every single one of my pictures. When Amazfit reached out to try out their fitness tracker, I was immediately drawn in by the design. I love how minimalistic it is with the lightweight leather band and the rose gold face was swoon worthy. No lie I added it to my Yurman bracelets and it is such a pretty stackable piece.

I don’t know about you but when I have a tracker on it really motivates me to get up and going. I set my goal for 10,000 steps a day and it has sparked my drive for running again. Last Friday I went for a bike ride with my friend Julie, came home and went for a run just to make sure I got all my steps in for the day.

I also have a weird fascination with sleep patterns. It tells you the quality of your sleep with how many times you wake up and when you are in deep vs light sleep. It is light enough to keep on when sleeping (that was Marks question). I also have it set to vibrate when someone is calling me and it’s water resistant. To get all this info, just download the free app and sync it.
Here are the other two great features, it has a 10-day life with one charge. Yes, you read that correctly. Such a difference right? Also, it’s super affordable. This would make such a great holiday gift for someone and it doesn’t break the bank. You can wear it around your wrist and there are so many pretty band options. Or you can take the ceramic core tracker which is such a statement piece itself and wear it as a necklace.
Last. Staying with my healthy living, I am trying to get up early on the weekends to get my workouts in. I have been rewarded with sunrises like this one. Absolutely dreamy right? Shot on my iPhone 7 with absolutely no editing.
So let’s make a commitment to staying healthy during this holiday season! I am going to stay after the barre class tonight I teach and take a class, same tomorrow. Then running mid week with some at home workouts. Make sure to check out my running playlists here if you need some creative tunes to get you moving. Have you heard of the Amazfit activity tracker before? Did you know how affordable it was? Don’t forget you can get it right now with the code MYAMAZFIT for 40% off! That is crazy good. Thank you to Amazfit for sponsoring this post and to you for backing the brands that work with Meet at the Barre.

I love how dainty it is and looks like a great accessory instead of a tracker!! I’ve never heard of the brand, but it sounds great! xo, biana –BlovedBoston

Fitness trackers def make me work out harder and take more steps during the day! I get competitive with myself and think, only that many calories? Oh heck no, run harder! This one is much, much cuter than the one that I have too.

Love that this tracker looks more like a bracelet and not a tracker! I’ve been wanting to get the new Fitbit Alta since it looks more like a bracelet but this sounds like a great alternative! <3, Pamela Sequins & Sea Breezes

Well, I think I know what’s going on my Christmas list! My FitBit died on my a few months back, and their customer service was horrible. So, I’ve been without a tracker for a while now. I love that this one is so stylish – you wouldn’t even know it’s a fitness tracker!

That is a cute tracker! That is one reason I quit wearing my fitbit, I just don’t like the way it looks and I already knew how many steps I was getting…or not getting…in a day after having it for awhile so I was like why bother? This one is actually cute though and it does look pretty stacked with your bracelets. I don’t even want to think about how much ground I have to make up after my laziness the last month or so. January 1st I am going to be hating life lol.

Oh my that thing is so pretty, looks nothing like a fitness tracker! I am sending this to my mom right now and asking her to get it for me for Christmas! My garmin has disappeared because I stopped wearing it and it was so not cute, with this one I can wear it all the time!

This is a really great looking fitness tracker! Since I got my Apple Watch (& am “competing” with my family) I get so motivated to get out and get moving! This gorgeous weather definitely helps that motivation level too!

How gorgeous is that sunrise?! This is hands down the time to be in Florida, we have perfect weather for the next 6ish months while up north gets old man winter (no thanks!). Obsessed with those burgundy barre pants, I love how cute workout clothes are such a great inspiration. Cheers to a fabulous week <3

What a chic fitness tracker! I love it. That is one of the things that has held me up from getting one too. This time of year is always hardest to stay on track like you said, so good for you!

Okay I actually really like this tracker! Mine broke years ago and I kind of wanted an Apple Watch but I really like how dainty this one is. Way more stylish.

I love my Fitbit, but I hate how it stands out! It looks sporty, but I don’t dress like that day-to-day. This is a really cool looking tracker and I like that it just looks like a bracelet.

That does NOT look like any sort of gadget. How cool is that?!

I can’t believe that’s a fitness tracker, and it does so many cool things!!

My husband cannot see this post every because he cannot deal with my fitness tracker obsession. I swear wearing one consistently can be the biggest motivator and success tool, but finding a cute one is so hard! I may need to get this asap!!

wow, looks so beautiful! I love my fitbit and always have to wear it but definitely take it off on days when I have important meetings or something and it doesn’t go with my outfit. This is such a cool solution ;)

It looks like a cute little lifesaver bracelet :) definitely a lot more stylish than the other fitness trackers out there! HOLY WOW that sunset is gorgeous!

That tracker is so gorgeous! I never thought I’d say that about a fitness tracker… I haven’t been able to stand the look of wearing the everyday ones. They’re just too clunky. This one though is so ridiculously chic!
