Can you believe that we are already cruising into May? It is going to be football season before we know it! This week definitely flew by for me as I hope it did for you. I submitted all the grades for the classes that I teach and now I’m enjoying the tiny break before the Summer semester picks up again. What are your weekend plans? The weather is supposed to be gorgeous in Florida so I have all intentions of being outside as much as possible. Let’s get into some favorites from the week!

I am trying to slowly switch over all my products to brands that are approved through the EWG site. Beauty Counter is a no brainer and I have loved every single product I have ordered. I just picked up this body wash, lotion, and it came with a body butter sample. The smell. I can’t even. It’s so light, citrusy, and the body wash, the tiniest bit goes a long way. I seriously used a pea sized amount and it lathered up my entire bod. Christina from Hungry Meets Healthy is my hookup for all Beauty Counter products and she gracefully agreed that any orders from here she will give a sample of the charcoal mask. I also have this and it’s such a great mask. If I feel anything starting to pop up under the surface I dab it on and go to bed, the next morning it’s gone. The lipstick was also added to my last order in the Terra shade and it’s the perfect daytime color. The foundation is next on my list. Have you tried any of the beauty counter products? I have loved every single purchase and you can feel good about the ingredients you are slathering on your body. Last incentive, if you spend over $150 you get a free lipgloss. Definitely is the time to get your new stash of products.

I did this at home yoga video the other day it’s a great 30-minute mix of stretch and getting the heart rate up. Definitely one of those you don’t want to workout but you feel so much better after you’re done.
