I can’t tell you how pumped I am by the positive feedback from everyone! I also should start this post off with a disclaimer. ****I have been sick all week and just noticed that my allergy and cough medication was kinda old. How old you ask???? Well……..
Clearly I rarely get sick. So I apologize in advance because right now I kinda feel like this. Like it’s totally normal for raccoons to be chasing me around in a circle right now….makes perfect sense!

I had posted this on Instagram and Sarah had asked for the recipe saying her husband would totally eat this salad. Well Sarah I have to agree it is man approved. I make these salads in assembly lines and tupperware them up for lunches for the week.
Man Approved Salad Recipe
1 cup of Romaine Lettuce
Throw some corn on it
Then some low sodium organic black beans that have been rinsed
Chop some orange peppers (snack on strips while making because you’re starving)
Cut some sharp cheddar and sprinkle it throughout
In a straight line down the middle (because it’s all about the presentation right?) spoon some fresh salsa over the top of it
Cut up some fresh avocado (these were from Trader Joe’s)
Feel free to add whatever protein on top (chicken etc)
The fresh salsa is a great dressing but you can add a few tablespoons of whatever you want
If you’re feeling a little crazy you can crunch a few tortilla chips on top
Then devour….and repeat
I have never really been able to do a split until I started taking and teaching Pure Barre. I can do one fully with my right side leading and almost get fully into my left side leading. This was such an accomplishment for me! My hamstrings were so tight from all the running and spin and Pure Barre gave me my flexibility back! Try these exercises. We do a few of them in Barre but this is a 5 minute stretch you are suppose to do twice a day.

I mean this is 100% the truth at Costco. Has anyone else made the epic discovery their “muffins” are just the cupcakes without frosting??? Carrot Raisin muffins are really just Carrot cake cupcakes with no coverup amazing cream cheese frosting on.
