Happy Friday! This week has been way too jam packed. I am looking forward to this weekend, getting some relaxing in and spending time with Mark. The weather has been so gorgeous in Florida lately, it has been making it impossible to want to do any work inside. Remember when it was nice out and you would always try to beg your teacher for “class outside?!?” I think it only worked once…. Let’s get right into these favorites!

Easy and filling dinner, Taco stuffed sweet potatoes. Made these for dinner during the week and are man approved. I use Fage greek yogurt for sour cream sub, tons of protein and no fat. Plus, the swap was not noticed….Pin from original here.
Awesome round up of moves you might see in a Pure Barre class. My only suggestion would be to hold onto a counter top or sturdy surface when doing the thigh exercises. Also, the second thigh she demonstrates, you don’t have to get your leg that high (although it’s majorly impressive and she’s not holding on!) but it’s more important to keep your leg straight then worrying about how high. Focus all the moment from the muscle you are moving, small tiny movements to feel that burn. Check it here.
