This was the weekend where I had a plan to get so many things done…..and then I didn’t.  I swear the Fall revolves around Football…..great food and adult bevs…….then that productive weekend goes right out the weekend am I right?  Linking up with my bestie B for her weekly linkup!

Friday night Mark and I went to check another rehearsal dinner spot.  I think this one may be the winner!  We really wanted to capture the Florida living, how better to do that than with some waterfront dining.

Hello lobster pizza

I mean look at this sunset……no filter

Saturday was spent shopping with my bridesmaid Kelly…..followed by some football watching.  Ughhhhh I am telling you finding a bridesmaid dress is harder than my actual dress!  I mean everything she puts on looks fabulous.
I just don’t want the traditional strapless or one shoulder chiffon dresses in whatever varying shade of blush that seems to be the monopoly right now.  I have searched Nordstrom daily and nothing is panning out.  Keep your fingers crossed something comes along.
Obsessed with this Henri Bendel cuff may be added to my list////dreaming of Jimmy Choo sandals////new YSL foundation and purple mascara////starting to organize and get ready for my move
Seriously these boots y’all moved to the top of my Fall lust list////such gorgeous jewelry I had to walk away and not look back////since nobody felt like helping us at Williams & Sonoma I made our own Nespresso coffee for us…..plus a few other shoppers in the store. I told them I take barista tips.
The rest of the weekend pretty much can be summed up with a food montage.
Florida living////The garlic naan with avocado, Trader Joe’s chicken salad and sriracha////Truffle oil on popcorn////When Mark cooks dinner////Costco cupcakes are now outlawed in my house.
Sunday night was spent catching up and watching that show Utopia.  Did anyone else see that??  Definitely a very interesting concept!  Hope you had a wonderful weekend!  Check back this week as I talk about the latest things I’m digging and also share my blogging essentials!  xoxoxo

Sounds like a fab weekend! That restaurant is beautiful! So is that lobster (I seriously just wrote out lobstah. haha.) pizza!! Those Jimmy Choo’s are gorgeous, and love the Tory boots. I found my bridesmaid dresses at Bloomingdales. I know that process can be a little frustrating but you’ll find the right dress for your girls. :-)

Lobster pizza?!?!? ohhhhmerrgawdddd! Yes. I also struggled a bit with my bridesmaids dresses since my girls literally ran the full gamut of shapes and sizes, and I personally hate chiffon. I found that Jim Hjelm had some of the best designs, so maybe check him out? That’s who I ended up going with, anyway :)

    Football Sundays – YAY!

And, I’m considering ending my Sams Club membership – due to similar issues with cupcakes and cakes and breads – and cheap snacks. SIGHS!

Ummmm, can I come to your rehearsal dinner just for some lobster pizza? LOL…I let my girls pick out gray dresses from a chain. It isn’t what I wanted to do, but at the time at least NO ONE was into grey the way they are now, so that was at least original, and I let everyone wear their own style for “some” originality…it can be hard to do that. I hope you find something soon!

I’m in the bridesmaids dress dilemma too! I really don’t want to have my girls spend $200 on a chiffon dress that they will never wear again. Because it is only a bridesmaid dress. I think I may have found some Adrianna Papell dresses I like at Nordstrom but we’ll see!! UGH!

Have you checked out Dessy.com?! They have an assortment of brands and styles and then once I found a style I wanted, I just searched for a local location that carried that brand and made sure they had that particular style in stock! :) Good luck!
