Hello and welcome back around these parts. I don’t think I’ve ever taken almost a week off of blogging before but it was well needed. I didn’t check my computer, phone, or any forms of social media for the past few days and it was glorious. Don’t get me wrong, I was itching a little bit to get back to work but spending time with family was good for the soul. I hope everyone had a nice holiday! I’m currently sitting in the Centurion Lounge at Laguardia airport in New York with a cup of coffee and glass of wine patiently waiting on deck. I can’t wait to get home to my bed and the everyday routine of life. Mark and I started traveling together very early on in our relationship and I still remember telling him “see we are going to be perfect for each other, we travel perfectly together“. I mean, that, is huge right? Having similar travel personalities? I feel like you learn A LOT about people when traveling with them. Luckily we are both organized, pretty low maintenance, and can fit everything in those carry-ons. The end of the year is rapidly approaching and I wanted to bring part two of my blog review. You can catch part one here.

Oh my gosh, Amanda, you’ve had such a fun year of traveling! That’s awesome to be married to someone who shares your travel personality. Can you imagine traveling with someone who is high-mainatinence and stressed out about little details? Ugh. I can’t. I always love reading your travel recaps.
I remember that romper from September and LOVED it then! Boohoo that it’s sold out :( I’ll check out the similar one.
Happy New Year!

UGh that romper, I am so mad I never got to wear it! I did just purchase that first pair of shoes you linked (literally, just now) to replace those awesome target ones that I cannot replace. Clearly I love your fashion posts the most as you are now responsible for all of my purchases, lol! I now have a DSLR camera thanks to the thieves and I cannot wait to actually use all your tutorials now! Keep up the great work! Safe travels home and enjoy that glass of wine that is coming! Cheers to 2017!

i agree about learning a lot about a person by travelling with them. KC and i are like 80% the same with travel and then we have our things but we mesh well and we tolerate the other’s weirdness about weird things lol.
